Full Job Description
We will be hiring Sales Representatives to develop into roofing experts and sales team leadership. This position will be filled by driven, ambitious individuals who are motivated by creating a strong financial foundation and by developing a long-term career for themselves. These individuals have a strong competitive drive, clearly defined goals and a bold vision of their future. They are often turned off by the traditional office work mindset and find their peak performance in a culture of autonomy and accountability.

Essential Job Functions Include:

Train alongside a veteran rep to learn the process of identifying homes with potential storm damage
Learn to build trust and rapport quickly with homeowners to solidify the sale
Setting customer appointments for no-cost roofing inspection
Developing community awareness and company reputation
Utilizing effective direct marketing and direct sales skills to generate leads

Requirements:

Reliable transportation. (Truck not required)
Represent Christian Brothers Roofing Professionally
Door to Door sales experience is preferred but not required
Bi-lingual (Spanish) is favorable but not required
Technology proficient – must be able to utilize mobile applications

Experience:

Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
